Returns
We can only offer refunds or exchanges on faulty goods, or where we have sent an item that doesn’t match your order. This does not include items that were mistakenly ordered in the wrong size, colour or cut for example.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and images of your faulty or mis-sent item – please reference your confirmation or invoice number send to sales@pacificteamsports.com.
Customised Printed Product
Items with custom printing cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the product is assessed and determined to be faulty, not for change of size or mind under any circumstance.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to you receiving your goods. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email atsales@pacificteamsports.com.
Some shipping times may vary depending on your location and time of the year but we aim to dispatch your customised order within 14 business days and the order being completed and usually arrives to your door within 15-20 days. You will be notified when the order has left our warehouse with a tracking number attached and is on its way to the your club or delivery address.
