Returns

We can only offer refunds or exchanges on faulty goods, or where we have sent an item that doesn’t match your order. This does not include items that were mistakenly ordered in the wrong size, colour or cut for example.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customised Printed Product

Items with custom printing cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the product is assessed and determined to be faulty, not for change of size or mind under any circumstance.
