We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven clothing transfer specialist to operate our Heat Transfer Press Machines, to produce high quality branded Nike uniforms and merchandise for our partners.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience however if you are motivated & have an eye for detail and keen to learn quickly we can train you from on the job under the guidance of production team and current employee who you will work along side.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate heat press machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
Load and unload materials onto the heat press machine, ensuring correct positioning and alignment.
Adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and time settings based on material type and production requirements.
Monitor the production process to ensure quality output and troubleshoot issues that may arise during operation.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they are up to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
What will be expected?
Proven experience as a Heat Press Operator or similar role in a production environment.
Prior knowledge of heat press machine operations and settings.
Ability to read and interpret job sheets and follow detailed instructions.
High level of attention to detail and quality control skills.
Ability to work independently and apart of a dynamic team.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move boxes and finished products.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including holidays, overtime and weekends if needed.

Previous experience in the Uniforms/Teamwear industry / Screen Printing Industry
Additional Information:
This position may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of heavy materials.
Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
